Pitched roof. He gave me a quote back in January for work to my pitched roof and I paid half up front.
The defective timbers were not removed. The joinery supporting the pitched roof was substandard (nails going into rotten timber and some actually into mid air.)
Tiles used were not Rosemary tiles and did not match existing tiles. Tiles removed from the fascia were missing.
Rubbish was left in the front garden. And a cutting tool was dropped from a height, whilst cutting into the brickwork.
Part of the way through the job he said he'd come back to complete, but didn't.

My last text from Steven was on 6th June to say he'd been in Hospital and would come out the following week, but no response since.
