Replacing roof over decking area. Upvc cladding to the underside of roof and upvc cladding to the wall. Also re-cementing main roof ridge tiles and clearing guttering. The trader listened to what I wanted doing to the roof. He made suggestions and checked with me as the job progressed. The job looked very good. I have to say however, that I was not entirely happy with the finish of the felting on the roof. I voiced my concern about this and he did remedial alterations to my satisfaction. Otherwise could not fault his work.
