A blocked drain. Phoned Matty at 5 o'clock as the drain at my elderly mother's house was blocked. He turned up within an hour, unblocked it and ran the camera the full length to see the condition of the drain. Turns out there's a cracked joint. Matty did a great job. Arrived within an hour of me phoning him and is a really nice guy to deal with. I can highly recommend him and I'll be getting him to do the drain repair when I expose it.

We had a blocked drain in our rear garden which was causing flooding in both mine and my neighbour's garden due to a blockage on our side. The job was carried out well and had no problems since. Staff were really friendly as well.
