Complete refitting of bathroom - new bath, new shower, storage units, washbasin, towel rail, ceiling, flooring and lighting. This is the fifth time I have used James Cornwell Interiors Ltd. As I had previously used this company for installations of kitchens (in my own home and my mother's) , and bedroom furniture, I did not hesitate to use them for the fitting of a new bathroom. Again, I was not disappointed. From the design and planning stage through to completion, everything went smoothly and according to the timetable provided. The workmanship of all staff was of an excellent standard, especially Ricky, the main bathroom fitter. All staff, including electricians, tilers as well as Ricky, consulted me about the work being undertaken. I had several calls from the company during the process to check that I was happy with progress and Steve visited a couple of times. Considering the old bathroom was completely gutted and a new bathroom installed, I had very little mess and all rubbish was removed quickly. I am more than happy to recommend the quality of the workmanship of James Cornwell Interiors Ltd. .

Stripping out of old kitchen and garden room. Complete re plaster of both Kitchen and garden room, new fitted kitchen, new flooring and skirting boards. New ceiling and light fittings and both gas and electrical work. The job was completed without fuss. There was no pressure sales tactics and we decided on the start date. All of the tradesmen were courteous, on time and did an outstanding job. The mess was kept to a minimum and the work area cleared at the end of each day. The end result is just as we wanted it. My wife and I are happy that we chose James Cornwell Interiors for this project and have no hesitation in recommending them to future would be customers.

Replacement Bathroom, en-Suite and downstairs toilet. My finished work is excellent and I cannot fault any of the workmen. Ricky, the main installer, worked from 8am each morning until 4 or 5pm with only a short lunch break each day. He was a fantastic worker that I would thoroughly recommend. The plasterer, tilers, electrician and carpet fitter all came at appropriate times so that the whole job ran smoothly. Phillippa, the designer, was great and allowed me to tweak the original plan through use of a virtual design at the Craghead Showroom. Steve and Phillippa both called in during the job and Phillippa returned at the end to check that I was happy. A few small enquiries were answered very efficiently by Stacey and Natasha. The products used are of very good quality and look superb. .

Bathroom/en-suite replacement. I was so impressed from start to finish. Phillippa was so patient when ordering and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Ricky the installer was marvellous and very clean and tidy. Everything went to plan with no complaints. The customer service is superb. I cannot rate this company high enough, the best company I have ever dealt with. The whole team made the job hassle free and took all the stress away from me. Good job all round, so relieved I chose James Cornwell and will use them again.
