Half radiators were not working, needed some replacing and pipe work replaced with new pumps etc. Keith Jackson is a genius.
Our home is nearly 300 years old and the heating system was chaotic.
Without ripping any of my walls, he traced where the pipes were and discovered why for 17 years the system hadn’t worked properly.

I am now warm and a very grateful customer.

Needed someone to urgently sort out a leak on my combi boiler valve. Water coming through to ceiling. . Keith spoke to me on the phone to establish the problem. Checked he had the parts and came out within half an hour.

All fixed for a great price given that this call out was on a Sunday. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Diagnose faulty boiler and fix/replace parts where required. Nice to deal with a tradesman that actually contacts you when they say they will and turns up on time. Faulty boiler was diagnosed efficiently with replacements parts ordered and fitted quickly. Will definitely use again. Fast, friendly and highly recommended.

The pilot light on our Baxi back boiler had gone out and would not relight. A heating engineer had came and replaced the gas valve and thermocouple but it only lasted two days and it went out again. . I rang Keith after reading his excellent reviews on checked and vetted and he is a very friendly, knowledgeable tradesman with many years experience. He identified the problem promptly and fitted a new pilot assembly the next day after he sourced the part. He also identified that gas was leaking through and sorted this out too. I would have no hesitation in recommending him for any plumbing or heating job. Thank you Keith for keeping us informed of what you were doing and ensuring everything was safe unlike the previous so called tradesman. We did not need a new gas valve so If only I have employed Keith in the first place We would have saved a lot of time, stress and money.

Instal bathroom suite and chrome towel radiator. Keith turned up on time with his son Joe. Very professional. They worked all day on the bathroom and did a fantastic job. 30 years of experience really showed. The bathroom company sent the wrong part and as soon as the replacement arrived, Keith came back and fitted it. Keith even came out to do the final fit on a Sunday, fixed my kitchen tap and even fixed my neighbour's radiator! I would highly recommend Keith. A really nice guy and nothing too much bother.

Had a leak after attempting to fit a new tap. Keith came out within 10 minutes of calling on Monday evening. Dealt with the tap that caused the problem and got our water back on. Came back next day and sorted a further issue with hot water valve. Lovely man, couldn't fault the service and really reasonable bill. Would highly recommend this company and will no doubt use again in future! Thank you!.

Emergency boiler repair. Very old boiler which will be replaced in next 12 months so didn't want to spend a lot of money but needed fixed as parents elderly. Keith was great at suggesting cost effective solution. Very polite, arrived when he said he would. Job completed quickly with no fuss. Would recommend his service and will be using again. .

Gas fire and boiler were serviced and gas cooker capped. I called Keith on 22/12/15 as my daughter moved into her 1st home and he made the time to come out and serviced the gas fire and boiler and capped the gas cooker to make sure all were safe. I have used keith on many occasions and I have never been disappointed with his professional approach, helpfulness, time keeping and more importantly his customer service. If you want an honest and reliable plumber then I recommend Keith.

Central heating not working. First of all I found Keith is a very friendly and reliable plumber who turned up when he said he would after being let down by another plumber, his service was excellent and his business is very professional. 5 year warranty issued for all new parts fitted with an invoice sent via email, I strongly recommend him.
