Identify and replace missing/ loose roof tiles. Roy came to the property and quickly identified the loose and missing roof tiles that required replacing.

He was able to source the correct tiles and replace the same day.

To investigate and repair a water leak on a Lakeland slate roof. Following examination, it was found that a large slate had cracked and required removal and replacement.
Mr Marsden sourced and supplied a replacement tile and completed the job efficiently.

There has been no further leakage from the roof.
