Some roof tiles needed re-bedding after wind damage in Durham - Hired from Checked and Vetted. Contacted this company at 4pm, they arranged to attend next morning. Arrived early, gave quote then returned a couple of hours later to do job. Carried out work with no problems, no fuss, no mess. I would recommend this company.

Water was seeping through a wall in Kitchen. Steve came out very early in the morning (despite the stormy weather) and told me that the problem was'nt due to the roof,it was because the walls were old. He said I could fix it easily and cheaply myself,and recommended a supplier he uses. The water has now gone and I'd recommend Steve to anyone. Lovely,very helpful and did'nt even charge me a call out fee!.

Small leak in en suite ceiling. To anyone out there requiring Roofing Services - DEFINITELY use this company. This was only a small job but Steve was only too happy to take this on. On initial contact he gave me a date and time that he would come out to take a look at the job. He was true to his word - very rare these days & arrived prompty the next day. Steve was here for approximately half and hour and found a loose roof tile which was likely to be the cause. He re-secured it there and then. He even went into the loft to eliminate any other causes of the leak. I was absolutely delighted with his workmanship and professionalism and he took the time to fully explain to me what he thought the problem was and fixed it right away. He didn't think it was necessary to take any further roof tiles off & make it a bigger job as this was probably the root cause - such honesty. Which is rare these days with some tradesmen. I was even more delighted when he refused to accept any payment as it was such a small job. His only request was to recommend his services on this website. So here is my recommendation. Without a shadow of a doubt I would DEFINITELY recommend this company to anyone requiring roofing services. Thanks Steve.

Replacing timber framework/tiles/flashing approx 4m2. Job reported to replace timber framework/tiles approx 4m2 to front of property. Contractor attended to this emergency within 1 hour of being contacted. Job made safe and watertight. Went through options with me and materials ordered. Returned next day and completed job. Very happy with result. Very professional service delivered and would use again.

Guttering was overflowing, they removed it cleaned it, re attached and then fitted new guttering on porch. Lads arrived to look at job gave estimate at the time that was arranged (rare to get people to turn up these days) arrived on time to complete job. Did exactly what they said needed doing. Lads were polite., helpful. cleaned up after. Good job now we dont get drenched when going out the front door. Champion!! .

New extension to my bungalow. We contacted Seaham Roofing to give us a quote for our new extension, the work was assessed and we were given a price plus a date as to when they were available carry out the work. The whole thing was completed as promised and Hassle free!! It was also nice to see that following completion it was all swept and cleared of bits of debris. Thanks lads for a great job, I will certainly recommend you to friends and family. .
