TG Property Maintenance

External property maintenance. We enlisted the services of TG Property Maintenance for external work on our house to prepare for sale. The work included high-pressure washing and restoration of wooden decking, cleaning and re-pointing of Yorkshire flag stones, cleaning of Yorkshire stone window ledges, extensive repairs to an external wall, and repair of a garden gate. Tom was friendly, professional, and courteous, and completed the work on time, on budget, and to a very high standard. We were very satisfied with the job and we would recommend this firm highly. i would not hesitate to hire Tom again for future external work. .

Block pave patio and create a path. Tom and his team have done an excellent job, block paving my patio and creating a path and a couple of steps as well. They worked non stop and we couldn't be more delighted at the result. I can highly recommend this company.

Installation of a new garage roof. Due to the severe rain we have had recently, our flat garage roof suffered from leakage in various areas. The job we asked TG Property Maintenance to carry out was removal of the old felt garage roof and replacing it with a new EPDM seamless rubber roof. In addition, the inside chipboard lining of the roof was replaced with plywood. The price was as quoted and I encountered no issues when using their service.
