Replace Polycarbonate Carport Roof. Very pleased with the work by Chris and Billy. As well as relacing the carport roof they adjusted the height for better run-off of rain water. They also replaced the guttering around the carport. They were both friendly and did a very good job, leaving no mess at all. They came recommended by a friend and I would certainly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely call on them again in future .

Removing old Kitchen/utility and fitting new one including flooring, plastering plumbing, outdoor drains, and additional work on flooring in bedroom. We worked with Chris and Billy a few years ago when they removed rendering, painted the front of house, sorted out shower and replaced all outdoor pipework. They also fully renovated and extended our in-law’s house. Based on this we went straight to them -and only them- to sort out our new kitchen/utility. We knew we would be able to leave them in the house to get on with work whilst we went away, and we knew that the quality of their work was always high. And once again they did not disappoint. They are hard workers, reliable, professional, and always find a solution when there is problem. Their work is of the very highest quality. Our kitchen look’s amazing and they worked through a number of unexpected difficulties and made sure that we were updated, and we got the end result that we wanted. I would highly recommend them for any work, and if I was doing any future work, I would go straight to them and use them again.

Plastering, plumbing, tiling, and general management of the renovation. . After Using Chris and Billy on previous property over in Gosforth i moved and started a renovation in Durham. They came in after time restraint's limited me to getting the project complete. Chris took on board the project which is always a difficult task in itself! With no hesitation they cracked on getting the upstairs skimmed and ready for paint in no time. Then returned to first fix the kitchen tie in the new wastes, fully board and board and skim the 50sqm area. With me working away its great to have someone you can trust and need limited contact with to just get the job done. .

Full house renovation: bathrooms, tiling, kitchen fitting, flooring, plastering, joinery, and plumbing. . I can’t recommend Chris and his team highly enough. They completed a full house renovation for me, including new bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, plastering, joinery, and plumbing, a big project that lasted around three months. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Chris kept me fully in the loop at every stage, explaining what was happening and what to expect next. They were incredibly reliable. If they said they’d be there, they were. On days when work couldn’t be completed due to supply delays, they were honest and considerate, making sure I wasn’t charged for any downtime. The project took a little longer than expected, but only because extra work was required to get everything done properly. They clearly take pride in their work, and it shows. The quality of their workmanship throughout the house is outstanding. It’s rare to find tradespeople with such a wide range of skills, and Chris’s team handled everything from joinery to plumbing with absolute professionalism. They also took on a challenging job that had been poorly done by previous tradesmen and turned it around with skill and patience. Beyond their technical abilities, they’re friendly, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with. I will 100% use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them. If anyone wants to inspect their work in person, you can reach out to Chris and he will share my details so you can come and have a look. Great guys, great attitude, well worth every penny.

A complete redecoration of the living room and bedroom with new doors in the whole house. New floors, ceiling overlaid and smoothed with coving, new doors and skirting boards. New plug sockets, new spotlights and rewiring by a subcontractor. TL;DR/short version: They’re brilliant. Chris is VERY smart, and WILL fix your problem. They wont overcharge you. They wont mess you around. They’ll sort it all for you if you just want to get on with your life. They’ll handhold you if it’s a big project and you’re nervous. Details: Chris recently completed a complete makeover of our bedroom and living room, complete with new doors for the whole house. This was the first major house work we’d had done since buying, so we were a little new to building work on our house at scale, but Chris guided us through it expertly. He answered all questions, communicated promptly and politely, and left us feeling complete confidence in him. Not only this, he found solutions to every little problem that emerged due to how ‘particular’ I can be – which deserves calling out and commending in its own right. The man is not only very clever, but has the patience of a saint! He navigated making our designs work where others may have simply said 'not possible' - or at the very least, 'no thanks'. He even managed and wrangled the suppliers of certain particular elements chosen by myself – and held them to account when the suppliers messed us around (the supplier was chosen by us due to us wanting a very specific product – Chris essentially protected us from a very bad experience!) All the above aside, he made the whole experience run smoothly and comfortably, pausing when needed to allow me to complete work tasks (he and his team worked around me working from home, by necessity, throughout!). Collectively, they put us completely at ease, with the whole experience feeling smooth, sociable and well managed. Overall, I could not recommend this company strongly enough! .

1. Complete remodel of en-suite which involved taking out and replacing existing units, shower cubicle, wash basin, underfloor heating, floor and wall tiles. Additionally, pipe work was realigned and a false wall was removed and walls plastered. I have used this company for 10 years because they always provide a first class service. Their work is of an exceptionally high standard and nothing is ever a problem to them. Their attention to detail, punctuality and reliability is exemplary as is their customer service. I have already booked them for another job! Highly recommend.

Knock through wall and create a new doorway from kitchen to garage. I couldn’t be happier with the work carried out by CH Property Solutions. Chris, Billy, and Biff were absolutely fantastic from start to finish — professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They recently created a new doorway from my kitchen to the garage, including having plumbing work re-routed and a new radiator installed. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding. The job was done efficiently, with great attention to detail, and they kept everything spotlessly clean and tidy as they worked. I’d highly recommend CH Property Solutions to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality building work. Thanks again to Chris, Billy, and Biff for a brilliant job!.

Cleaned rear guttering and renewed joints and end gap. Removed failed overflow on toilet and renewed. Repositioned shower screen which had been fitted by a cowboy tradesperson previously (on the spot adhoc job). . Very pleased with the work . Chris and his colleague turned up on time . Did what they said they would do and a bit more. No fuss, no mess, efficient and friendly. These jobs were probably quite minor but they spent the time doing them and I felt like they gave as much attention to them as they would to a major job. Would, recommend and will definitely call on them again in future . .
