Chris has completely renewed our 1930s pan tile roof along with our neighbour’s which is the other half of our semi. . We are absolutely delighted with the job. Chris and his workers were a pleasure to have around. They were polite, respectful and professional at all times as well as being very hard working. The standard of work is very high and they are extremely tidy workers, sweeping up at the end of the day and showing respect for our property. .

Various roof repairs on 3 storey house. Chris thoroughly checked my roof inside and out before giving an honest summary of the work required. A date was arranged and quote sent by email. Chris communicated promptly when I altered my schedule and he readily adapted to any change in the work required. He arrived on time and completed the job carefully and efficiently. Any roof work I require in the future I shall return to Chris and his team.

Leaking slate roof to a renovated stone cottage built in 1849. Water running along the beams in the bedroom. Damp patches on the bedroom wall following heavy rain against a north facing stone wall. . This could have been a very costly job had it turned out that the whole roof needed to be repaired. We were entirely in Chris’s hands. He was totally trustworthy: especially since we were not at home when the job was completed. A huge thank-you to Chris and his lads. The repairs they made to our slate roof have solved the problem. We’ve had no drips or leaks during current very prolonged heavy rain and the north facing bedroom wall is bone dry even though the rain is battering against it. An excellent job. .

Bay roof lead work needed replacing. . Excellent work. Chris is an honest genuine guy. Communication with Sharon in the office was also excellent. You need to trust a roofer as you often can’t see their work. Chris was happy to show me what he had done and in my view it was top notch. .

Complete new slate roof, replacement guttering, velux window, insulation, partial loft boarding with shelving and drop down access ladder. Also repairs and capping of unused chimney. I am very pleased with all aspects of the process and communications with Chris. He initially came to talk me through all aspects of the work I required and promptly produced a detailed estimate. The work took place exactly as scheduled and was completed in the time given. Any queries I had were promptly and courteously dealt with. I am very pleased with the roof and the loft, and love my velux window, it makes the loft really bright in the day, so much easier to use for storage, and also gives a fantastic view.

Replace lead and fix a badly designed small roof on a Grade 2 listed property which was leaking into the downstairs bathroom. . Chris was very knowledgeable about old houses and was pretty sure his diagnosis would fix the problem, but made it clear it might not work. Although it was a small job, it was causing a massive problem in our property, and we really appreciated his practical advice, particularly as we'd had so many other companies saying different things and then not turning up! We are really pleased to say the problem was fixed and after three years we now have no leaks or flooding. Chris was honest, they worked hard and left everything tidy.
