Tiling kitchen dinning room and porch big area Replacing laminate flooring. Very pleasant good workers tidied up along way good job. Thought of clients needs. I only have one access so worked around us being able to move around and get access more so for dog. Very pleased with work.

Full renovation of a clinic room. Ripped out window seats, rebuilt one, flooring, painting, door, skirting and changed cupboards. Crs property maintenance did a 10/10 renovating my clinic room. Col stepped in after I was let down by another. He was full of ideas, priced reasonably and he and his brother worked tirelessly to make sure the work was top notch. Couldn’t recommend more! .

Repair and refurbishment of wood & glass shed door. When we first discussed the job we assumed we’d need a new door as it seemed in such a bad state but Colin explained that it could be repaired & made good again. We agreed for the repair and refurbishment to go ahead and are pleased with the extensive work carried out by the CRS team. .

The job consisted of adding a new toilet area, breaking down a wall between another toilet and bathroom to open up space and rearranging this room for more practical use. Colin and his partner worked very hard to do a great job. They were honest, reliable, and easy to deal with. Would definitely ask them again for other jobs.

Refurb of small rental bungalow. CRS did a thorough job. Some cash flow and supplier issues but all came good in the end. Colin and his brother work very hard to give you what you want for a reasonable price. .

Kitchen refit and side extension. Colin and Glen have just finished this kitchen fit for me and it has turned out really great. They encountered a few issues throughout but nothing that phased them and work hard to get the job finished. Also took a shed away and build a side extension for us which has given us almost double the space. Would recommend them I you are looking for fitting or internal work as they discuss everything making sure you are completely satisfied. .
