Recently had smart meters fitted once fitted the boiler would not work. Energy supplier refused to help. So, I contacted David Liddle Plumbing and heating. David, came out with in 15 minutes and resolved the problem for me. Was very impressed.

3 issues 1 being the boiler. . Rang David, answered straight away, told him my few issues he came out told me what the problems actually were then gave me a price later that day. I agreed to the price and he came back out first thing next day and fixed them.

Fairly small job, one of the toilets was running water constantly. Dave was due to come Friday 26th but he pulled it forward to help us out. It turned out not to be completely straightforward but there were no complaints. Very polite and courteous guy who just got on and fixed the problem. I really would recommend him, reasonable prices.

Gas central-heating back boiler failure leaving us with no heating or hot water. David made a Sunday visit at very short notice & effected a repair and then returned the following day to do a full service of the unit. David made his visit in time within a few hours of having been called. He was very efficient and capable giving confidence in his ability & workmanship. On his return he arrived at the promised time and did a full service in the unit again in an efficient manner with a minimum of disruption aware of cleanliness. All in all a very good job with ready explanation to the work being done and in a friendly manner.

Gas supply to hob stopped and pipework capped as electric cooker and hob are to be fitted. . So pleased I found David's details on a review site. Really helpful and squeezed us in quickly for this urgent job. Was polite, punctual, stuck to budget and did a great job even though it turned out to be a bit trickier and take a bit longer than anticipated. Was very clean and tidy too, which didn't really matter for this job as we're ripping a kitchen out but would obviously be important normally. I will definitely be using David again for any gas work and boiler servicing. .
