Wall between kitchen and conservatory taken out. Kitchen floor taken up, levelled and relaid. Excellent workmanship throughout. Dean is honest, reliable and completely trustworthy. We would recommend him without reservation for any kind of building work.

Felt roofs of Bedroom and Kitchen insulated and rubber covering. It was carried out very well and it is a lot better than we've had done before, as we've never been aware of it being insulated. It's a lot better.

Stone garden wall had partially collapsed and needed rebuilding, the rest of it needed to be repointed to ccomplete the job. Had used a Checked and Vetted Decorator and decided to use the website again. Our stone garden wall needed repointing and after we had tried to prepare the wall to do the job ourselves part of it collapsed. Decided to get a professional!. Dean talked through the job and gave us a competitive quote. He did a great job,completed within a day and the area was left clean and tidy afterwards. Dean is a friendly, helpful chap who gave us advice about other bits and pieces whilst he was here. We will be getting a quote for some landscaping work (part 2 of the garden work) from Dean this week to see how he compares. Would definitely recommend Dean Wilkinson Builder.
