Dolphin Stairlifts (North East) Limited

Cannot fault the service from this company. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it, which is rare these days. The work was completed without hassle or noise, quickly and professionally and no mess whatsoever. The demonstration of the equipment fitted was precise and simple which was perfect for a 90yr old with dementia. I cannot speak highly enough of this company.

Warp speed installation of stairlift. I would recommend this company with no hesitation. All the staff I dealt with and met were extremely professional and very courteous. Dolphin offered to install the stairlift within 3 days of me making enquiries and I had it installed within 4 days at my own request and it barely took an hour (by only one fitter). Unbelievable efficiency all round and very satisfied. There was a small hiccup on the first day of use but the engineer arrived within the hour and had it rectified immediately. .
