Installation of an isolation switch and bonding to a new gas boiler. I asked Genesis Electricals to install an isolation switch and bonding to my new gas boiler. My experience of this company couldn't be better. Leigh was punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. He was also very respectful to both me and my home. The isolation switch turned out to be more complex than anticipated, however Leigh took this in his stride and quickly worked out an alternative way of completing the job. I highly recommend this company.

Preparing my home electrical system for the installation of a home car charger. The service received from visit, to quote through to completion was exemplary. Leigh was at our home for two days and worked tirelessly throughout, only stopping to chat about updates to the work he was doing. Genesis Electricals fitted a new consumer unit & reorganised/updated the wiring in my kitchen and bathroom (1st and 2nd fit) and replaced sockets and switches throughout my home. I felt reassured when Leigh explained the work necessary to achieve the desired results and how certain problems could be rectified. Everything was done to a very high standard with Leigh taking great pride in each part of the job and working in an organised and precise manner. My home was left tidy each day and I felt confident as the work progressed. Faulty sockets replaced. Extra sockets put in. Faulty wall light fixed. Excellent work, clean and tidy. Not a straight forward job adding time and brain power in solving my electrical problems. Leigh worked hard, non stop in solving and correcting the problems, ensuring as little disruption to decoration as possible. Great communication with both times/dates of appointment and the work in hand. Labelled fuse box as not been done by people who installed it (n part of job). Would highly recommend and will use again if needed. .

Leigh installed 14 light fittings in our new home. . Leigh got back immediately when asked for a quote. Very reasonable price. Turned up on time and did a superb job installing 14 light fittings in our new home. Very clean and tidy work completed on time and on budget. Friendly and professional. New distribution board and first fix kitchen. The work was completed to an exceptionally high standard and in good time. There was no mess and I was very happy with the final outcome. The tradesperson was helpful and informative and the few problems (caused by me) about the layout of the kitchen were speedily and cheerfully sorted out with lots of professional help and advice on what could be achieved. I would have no hesitation in recommending GEC to family and friends and I will be using them for all my future electrical work.
