Remove pathways, patio and brick walling. Lay new patio pathways, brickwork, ramp pergola and drainage. All existing pathways etc removed. Lay foundations for brickwork and hardcore to patio etc. install drainage channel, plumbing into surface water drainage system, erect pergola. Lay patio and pathways in riven flags (random) on wet mortar.
