Updating domestic alarm system that was no longer working. The engineer came out the same day that I called to assess the job.
The options and associated costs were clearly explained to me and there was no pressure to go for an expensive option that I didn't need.
The engineer turned up promptly to do the job and left everything clean and tidy and explained the new unit to me.

We needed a motion sensor moving following a kitchen re-fit as well as an alarm zone to be reconfigured due to fitting of a new door. The staff members who attended were knowledgeable and helpful. The work was far from straightforward but the two fitters who attended completed the work methodically and patiently. We were totally satisfied with the result.
