Conservatory roof cladding. Excellent work and 4 very pleasant employees.
However on completion, I noticed a floor tile was cracked in kitchen.
John apologised and offered suggestions on how to fix it. They aren't tilers and didn't want to do a repair and risk ruining the rest of the floor.
It's only a half tile, near the skirting board and I've since covered it up.

Maybe they'll put down protective covers while doing work in future.
