Missing Ridge Tile . Missing Ridge Tile John said he would replace the ridge tile for me. As we have had a lot of rain, John kept me informed every step of the way of when he would be able to complete. Completed today, nice lads, I'm very pleased with the work. John has gone above and beyond to help me keeping me informed throughout with calls and texts. Would highly recommend.

Complete fascia work after previous roofer left the job and did not return. Two days after agreeing a price he came and completed the work and also fitted dry lining to my roof. Throughout the work he and his staff were professional, helpful and pleasant. I can certainly recommend this company.

Leaking gutter to front of property over bay window. I requested a 48 hour call to John to call at my property to fix a leaking gutter to the front of my property. He got in touch within about 4 hours after my e-mail, arrived about an hour later and, together with his co-worker, completed the required work shortly after. This was carried out in the miserable rain on Sunday morning. You don't get much better service than that. Helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Excellent work.

Minor water ingress above upper bedroom window. John diagnosed the issue and set my mind at ease as no tiles were damaged...Valley and ridge needed repointing. . John and the lads were fantastic from start to finish. They did the guttering and fascias previously to a high standard, so asked for a quote for this job. Quick response and John was out next day to check it out. Quick diagnosis and remedy quoted. Good price and top quality workmanship. Job done in no time and no mess left behind. Heavy rain since and no ingress of water. Good job! Would definitely recommend again. They've done jobs for several friends and acquaintances who were all satisfied. Thanks again for your help!.

Roof verge trim replacement and repairs. Also, repairs to flashing and re-pointing same. The repair team arrived a little bit later than arranged, but, in fairness, the weather was far from ideal and I half expected a cancellation. The repair team explained what they understood the work to be and we agreed on the extra flashing repair requirement. They proceeded to complete the work, in poor weather conditions, completing everything to a very good standard. The worksite was left in a clean and tidy condition.

Damaged brick built shed roof and pointing to house wall. John visited promptly to assess job and advise best and most economical way to repair damaged large brick built shed roof also pointing needed on one property wall. Came as soon as weather allowed. Jobs completed in a day and all mess cleared and taken away. Excellent and efficient. I would recommend this company.

Vents, facias and pointing. John explained everything that was done and showed the photo of the work carried out. The team were professional, experienced and friendly.
