To check my front UPVC door lock that wouldn't lock or unlock satisfactorily. Dan found the problem very quickly and replaced the necessary parts. He also made adjustments to the door catch so that the door closed and opened easily. Keyglaze North East Ltd responded extremely quickly (the same day) and the engineer assessed and fixed the problem with great competence and was very helpful and polite. I highly recommend this company.
