Fitting a thermostatic shower and screen. Excellent workmanship. Clean and tidy company. At a busy time of the year, he fitted us into his busy diary as he'd promised us the job. (Even though the company I'd ordered my shower and screen from took a while to deliver).

Both toilets leaking in house, new parts needed and fitted. . Lee was great. He explained everything and why it happened. Showed me faulty parts and why it didn’t work and I trusted his judgement on what needed done.

Fix problem with vertical radiator and perform overall maintenance of heating system. I was left needing this work to be done, having received poor service from a previous plumber. Lee was available very quickly and was able to give me some initial assurance before coming back to perform the work. His task was as much to identify the problem as it was to fix it. Lee is a very pleasant guy and performed the work to a very high standard and came back more than once until the job was complete and I was satisfied. I would happily recommend him.

Faulty boiler. Lee called when he said he would and on time. He got the boiler working and his price was very reasonable, friendly and professional. Would definitely use Lee again and I would highly recommend him.

Fault find and diagnose combination boiler pressure falling. Arrived on time and got to work right away. Was able to diagnose and find the fault and fixed immediately. Really helpful and friendly service - would recommend to anyone.

Boiler repair & bath overflow pipe replaced. Lee is a very polite & well mannered tradesman he was excellent on time keeping and informing us of work being carried out as my initial diagnostics were not quit accurate Lee corrected the problems then explained in detail how the problems arise in the first place & what can be done to counter act them from happening again.

Replacing a leaking kitchen tap. The leaking tap was unable to be repaired, so Lee was able to find an almost identical tap and fit it the following day. He made a wonderful professional job. I will recommend him to friends and family, as well as use him again for any plumbing work we require.

Replacement of heating system 3-way valve. Lee rang back at the time I had suggested and arrived to have a look at the job at the agreed time. He then returned to complete the work at the agreed time. Some electrical work was necessary, so he sorted out an electrician too. The work was all successfully completed as quickly as was possible, given a couple of quirks of some existing wiring and plumbing. Anything I was curious about was explained and work was all neat and tidy with no mess. Care was taken around my twitchy indoor cats too. Very pleased overall.
