Repairs to (old) tiled roof of semi-detached house, including replacement tiles, batten, felt. New eve trays and cementing on gable end. Cleaned out gutters. We were satisfied with the work and Mr Mavin seemed knowledgeable. They came out next day to fix the roof (we had a tile fall off) and ended up taking 4 days to do numerous repairs. They were particularly neat and tidy. We found it rather expensive for what was done, but cheaper than a new roof and they offer a 10-year guarantee on the tiles replaced.
