Call Barrie as my home alarm has decided to just set off on its own, early hours of morning, its happened 4 times within a month, Barrie called back after leaving a message he was happy to give me a rough quote, & a rough guide what it might be. Overall, was quick & prompt on work, explained what they were doing, Scott a nice young lad & Barrie I nice guy, Just need to get a better payment card system Would recommend.

Dealing with faulty burglar alarm. From initial tel call to completion of work this company cannot be faulted. I was treated with respect, courtesy and patience throughout. The problem was explained simply (but not in a patronising manner), work needed was explained, as well as what to do in future, should the problem recur. Scott was both friendly and professional. I would recommend this company unreservedly. .

Routine annual service check on house alarm system. Very Good job. Literally when we moved into this house in 2014 the alarm was going off and could not be shut down, the code we were given did not work. N S Alarms were called by the estate agent and Barry and son arrived very quick. They sorted the problem and advised of various upgrades which we had done shortly after moving in. Since then they have serviced the system annually and we have had no problems or call outs required. They are very efficient in their work always polite and at very reasonable cost. I would recommend this company.

Fit replacement alarm keypad, new external bellbox, new panel battery and reconnect and reconfigure system which had previously been disconnected. Very informative and helpful on first phonecall and Scott came round to assess the job on the same day and provide a quote. They managed to find an exact replacement keypad, which meant that the original panel could be reused, rather than having to fit a completely new panel (saving me over £120). The work was carried out when arranged and was quick, efficient and professional. Scott also provided advice on improving the system and realigned one of the sensors while he was there. The company are very friendly and helpful and saved me a significant amount of money.
