Move external gas pipe and fix several other faults with boiler installation . When the company which installed my boiler didn't turn up for an appointment I called North East Boiler Care for help. Really glad I did as they found several faults with the original installation. They have fixed all the problems at a very reasonable cost. Very nice people to deal with and very impressed with the work done.

Updating heating system including new boiler, radiators and removal of old back boiler. The lads were on the ball from start to finish. Importantly I received very good advice when requested. They also performed in an excellent and organised way, demonstrating good knowledge and experience. .

Combi Boiler replacement. I can only report that is was an excellent experience. Price quoted was very attractive and competitive. Completed on schedule and at the price quoted. Area left very clean and tidy and clear instructions on using the boiler and wireless Nest thermostat. Highly recommended in all aspects.

Hot water heater not working - called NEBC who called to site the following day and diagnosed fault and approximate repair cost and timeframe. Also advised that I may be able to get cheaper solution through the company that manufactured the boiler. Attended to site to assess the faulty water heater within 24 hours of call, diagnosed faulty immediately and confirmed expected final bill and timeframe. Undertook repair work and completed on time and under budget estimate. Would recommend using this company.
