Repairing storm damage to roof and wall. Graham & colleagues rescued my flat after Storm Arwen. Down came a chimney, part of the side wall and there was roof damage too. Graham was the 18th builder I tried. He gave up his Sunday afternoon to visit and looked as worried as I felt. He quickly organised scaffolding, a bricklayer, labourers and a roofer - all professional tradesmen who obviously like and respect Graham. He visited regularly to check on progress, answer questions & provide reassurance - and he replied promptly to messages. Now, passers-by admire the quality of the workmanship rather than take photos of the damage. .
