A broken boiler in the coldest week of the year !.
I was recommended this company by a friend, after waking up to no heating when it was o temperature outside , I called left a message outlining the problem. Within an hour of contact , Lee replied and arranged with me to call round as soon as he could. Lee arrived, introduced himself and following Covid guidelines proceeded to explore the boiler and heating system, at each step he gave full details of what he found explaining everything fully.
I needed a new boiler , options were discussed , and we agreed on a boiler . A date was agreed and the work was carried out on time, with attention to detail and respecting others in the home ( working from home re Covid) and the cost was exactly what was stated . There were no extra costs , no hidden extras and the area the company worked in was left clean and tidy .
