I called Michael to have my annual boiler service carried out. Whilst carrying out the service, Michael recommended I have a faulty valve replaced for topping up the pressure on the boiler as it wasn’t operating correctly.
Michael was very open and honest from the off. Arrived on time and had all the necessary tools and equipment to carry out his job.
His professional attitude particularly impressed me, as he took the time show the evidence of the faulty valve and contamination in the system.

Gave me an honest diagnosis, with a solution to the problem and at a very good rate.

We had leaking radiators and a boiler that wasn't working in our factory and offices. The radiator leaks were fixed and the boiler was repaired.
Boiler needed a new pump and valve replacing. I also requested that the full system was flushed,as it was very dirty.

The work was carried out promptly and the areas were left clean and tidy.

Repair to gas fire. I’ve had an ongoing issue with my gas fire.
There has been 3 different engineers out to look at it and it still had the same problem.
I called 'Northern Home Services' and the engineer was called Michael. He was a charming young man. Very polite and friendly.
He carried out the repair on the fire and it’s never went off since. I cant speak highly enough of him.

I’m one very satisfied customer.

All sorts of trouble with my boiler. Great service.
Michael arrived on time and was polite,fast,very professional and located and fixed the problem.
I was quoted £350-£400 by two separate engineers and Michael fixed it for £220,with no fuss.

Brilliant work. I will definitely use again and definitely recommend.

I woke up one morning and realised how cold it was and I had no heating or hot water. I decided to shortlist 'Northern Home Services' as I’ve heard of them before,with good reports.
Michael was fantastic and very knowledgeable about my heating system.
I had no heating or hot water and 'Northern Home Services' attended within hours of contacting them.
They replaced the printed circuit board and completed a complimentary service. I found Michael to be very pleasant and respectful.

I strongly recommend 'Northern Home Services' if you’re having boiler issues.

I was constantly topping the system up, with the boiler pressure water gauge dropping and switching the boiler off after a few weeks. Michael,the gas engineer,arrived on time and quickly found the problem with the boiler.
He checked the emissions with his equipment and then cleaned up after himself.
He was very professional with his repair and a pleasant fella to talk to.
I thought it was a problem with leaks and it would cost a fortune, but no. He doesn't overcharge for his work.

I would recommend him to anybody.

I had a problem with the heating system. Noisy and some radiators were not heating up. Michael flushed the whole system and fitted a magnetic filter.
Everything working great now.Price came in on budget and on time.
Really happy with his knowledge and professionalism.

Installation of new boiler, flushed system with new smart thermostat, magnetic filter, lime scale reducer and de-aerator. Removal of old back boiler. Very nice,well mannered and polite lad.
Explained the job very clearly,which shows his knowledge in this line of work.
Very organised and kept mess to a minimum whilst working.

Combi boiler repairs. Required a new diverter valve for my boiler.
They ordered part and fitted said part. They were on time and job was completed in a reasonable time,leaving a tidy job.
No mess and no leaks. Boiler working like new.
