We returned from holiday to find we had a water tank leaking through the ceiling. We needed a plumber urgently. Paul was very helpful when we rang and Ben came to do the job. Ben was most helpful, and although our loft is very difficult to access he carried out the work efficiently and in a very friendly helpful manner.

The source of a water leak was successfully traced, and a hot water pipe was capped and diverted successfully to avoid smashing up a concrete floor . Paul and Ben were both very knowledgeable and able to explain clearly what the problem was. They worked efficiently and carefully but were also very friendly and relaxed with us. An exceptionally neat job and we would certainly use them again. .

Maintenance and repairs to heating system. Paul identified some faults while servicing the boiler, and recommended cost-effective repairs. We agreed and he returned to complete these jobs with parts. He only billed us after the second visit. He also gave good advice on how best to run and maintain the system between services. .

Replace kitchen sink and tap with new, supplied by me. Supply and fit new waste water pipework and modify the water supply to suit. Paul carried out this work quickly and efficiently to a high standard.
