Digging out clay and builders rubble on new-build back garden. Install drainage. Lay gravel paths on firm foundations with membrane and bring in and level replacement topsoil. We are very pleased with the job. Richard and team were very professional, working with us from our outline sketches. Lots of hard and heavy work in warm conditions, but the lads just got on with it with great sense of humour and courteousness. Site left tidy after work each day. On completion Richard made sure we were happy with the workmanship. The garden has turned out exactly as planned. Thanks lads - we will recommend and would use you again if more work required in future.

New driveway. Richard and the team did an amazing job of my driveway, it went from being a very unattractive and scruffy drive to a very attractive and neat drive. They did a very good job and the attention to detail was second to none. We have been so happy with the drive that we are now asking Richard and his team to come back and do the back of our house. :).

Absolutely brilliant company, fantastic fence and paving work. Cannot recommend highly enough. Fantastic work from start to finish. From the initial quote Richard was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He kept us fully informed of our options and timescales from the start, and throughout the entire process. The job was completed by Richard and Sonny, and from start to finish they worked tirelessly, ensuring that every aspect was completed professionally and with full attention to detail. Total professionals, I cannot recommend highly enough. When they completed the job they checked that we were happy with everything (we were more than happy with the fantastic work they did). They then cleaned up thoroughly and left everything pristine. We have been so impressed from start to finish, and will definitely go straight to RL Groundwork’s for any future jobs. Several of our neighbours have also commented on the fantastic job they have done so we have already recommended Richard and his company to them. Brilliant work from start to finish! .

Fence, 6ft high with concrete posts and base. This is an very experienced and reliable local company carrying out excellent work. Richard understood exactly the work I wanted done and I was kept informed by text about when the work would start. They worked very hard in awful weather, they didn’t sit around drinking tea all day, on the contrary they hardly took a break. I’m thrilled with the finished fence and very happy I chose this company to do the job. Highly recommended.

Replacement of a damaged garden wall and pillar. Really impressed with Richard and his team. At outset, Richard checked the damaged wall and gave me a clear quote of the work. The team were very professional and hard working. The new wall looks great and the team made sure everything was cleared away and tidy. Garden sandstone patio work. Richard and his team worked extremely hard over a 4 day period, and produced a outstanding patio for us at the exact spec we requested, Richard also kept us up to date at all times with time scales during the week. To move one fence to the end of our house, extend a second fence to meet the first one then pave the area created. Richard came out and gave us a quote. First contact impression was that of a polite, professional young man who showed he had pride in his work from the way he talked about the job. He had problems with his suppliers delivering at wrong times which at times impacted on our job but Richard made a point of telling us about it so we knew what was happening at all times. Whilst on site Richard and his team were always hard working and ready to answer any questions we had and to offer suggestions to improve the job. The site was left clean and tidy on completion of work and at the end of the working day.He has confidence in his work that's why he gives guarantees. In my opinion our job was completed as agreed, on budget and to a high standard. .
