Replaced toilet cistern. Follow up visit as we reported a damp smell. . Toilet had stopped flushing. Attended quickly and replaced cistern. Prompt and tidy job. We reported a damp smell a few weeks later and Andrew attended quickly which we really appreciated. He talked me through everything he checked in order to help identify it and eliminate any chance of it being connected to the work he'd done. And the thing he suggested - a quick squirt of bleach down the overflow - sorted it out! Conscientious, knowledgeable and professional. Really impressed. .

Toilet leaking in several places in the home of a lone pensioner with dementia. Andrew was amazing. Firstly stopping my mild panic as I live over a thousand miles from my dad and agreeing to go straight away. Fix a toilet that wont stop filling with water. Andrew supplied and fitted a replacement push button with syphon. I contacted him this morning and he came this afternoon exactly on time. He explained what needed to be fixed and how much it would cost. Andrew was professional at all stages, he completed the work quickly, showed me what he had done and cleaned up after himself. Even charged less than quoted as the job was quicker than expected. highly recommended plumber. .
