To clean, unblock and repair where necessary the house guttering system. Because of the complexities of the roof it was first inspected and evaluated to see which areas needed attention, they got straight on with the job in sourcing the area and unblocked and cleaned the remaining section. The rest of the roof guttering was cleaned and washed out. All the valleys were inspected and a report given on what work needed to be carried out. The whole job was carried out very efficiently and we were pleased with the outcome.

dry verge caps placed on existing tiles. Tiles had to be cut back as overhang was too much and new batons placed between brickwork and tiles. Very personable man, willing to have a chat and very knowledgeable. More business will follow in coming years as I make improvements.

Fit dry ridge tiles to ridge and hips Correcting lead work Clean soffits. A really good job. It took longer than he anticipated but he never complained. I have never seen anyone work harder than he did, often in boiling sun on top of a roof.

Secured/ fixed various roof slates that had either come loose or become raised. Fixed gutter down-pipe and cleared a blocked gutter. Inspected roof for any unseen issues. Gave good, clear information about issues and how they would be fixed.

Advised on some issues that may need to be addressed in the future,without pushing to have the work done.

I threw in a few minor fixes, that he sorted while up there (loose cable, slipped pipe and capping waste vent).

Got to work immediately and completed in good time.
