Remove chimney, Replace broken tiles. Pull off existing conservatory roof supply and fix new roof joists and velux window board insulate and fix rubber roof plasterboard and skim and remove rubbish. Insulate and rubber roof on bay. All jobs completed well and any issues arising resolved without fuss. .

Sloping tiled roof over flat bay window, with guttering. Very pleased with the results once ugly flat felted bay roof now looks much more attractive. Job carried out to my satisfaction. Lads were very efficient tidying up as they went along removing all rubbish. Would definitely recommend them.

Extension to extend excising kitchen outwards, add a utility room and convert garage to to a front facing bedroom. Job involved converting current garage into a bedroom , extending kitchen outwards and adding a utility room inside. Initial start up was earlier than planned which was a bonus and Les provided frequent updates as to each stage of the building process and when target dates and inspections would be completed. Both Les and Derek worked in all weather conditions to get the first phase ( new Roof ) complete so that all the indoor building work could begin. All equipment like skips, outside toilet ,material deliveries were arranged in a quick and organised manner with minimal disruption to the day to day work. Any questions or issues with the build were dealt with in a professional manner with regular updates and good communication all the way throughout the build. Additional work required was accommodated efficiently and we are very pleased with all the work done by Trodd and Bell . .

Extending pitched roof of main house over the flat roof extension. Called Les after cowboys had ruined the job and left it undone, had to kick them off the job. Les came straight along to take a look, give advice and had a quote to correct/finish the job the same day. Les and the team were excellent start to finish, there every morning for 8am and even working in poor conditions to get it finished. Very reasonable quote and also very tidy when finishing the job. Not many were willing to take on the job after the state it was in, can't speak highly enough of Les and the lads. Big thank you!.
