Pre purchase survey . Whilst in the process of buying our home I contacted Wallseal to carry out a pre purchase survey. The home buyers report stated that there was an issue with wall tie failure and some rising damp. The findings proved invaluable in our negotiations with the vendor. Highly recommend.

Installation of a Anti-Condensation Unit/PIV in loft and a Constant Extractor in bathroom. David and his team came out to install a Anti-Condensation Unit/PIV in loft and a Constant Extractor in bathroom and I could not be happier with the results. I’ve had very bad black mould on the walls, constant condensation on the windows and a bad damp smell. The units they have fitted have completely eradicated the problem in days. The house is now bone dry without a drop of condensation on the windows. Steam from the shower is gone in a matter of minutes and the bathroom has never been dryer. The house feels a lot cleaner and has put my mind at rest now the black mould has gone. .

Installation of PVI/Anti-Condensation Unit. I contacted Wallseal after being let down by another company a number of times - I wish I’d just contacted them in the first place. I couldn’t fault Wallseal; they arrived when they said they would, they completed the work when they said they would and they even cleaned most of the mess up after they’d finished (the previous company didn’t do any of those!) .

Damp proof work in kitchen. Extensive damp proof work was needed in our kitchen, Wallseal were excellent throughout. Very professional and thorough. The walls were much worse than anticipated but the team were very helpful, explaining our options and fitting in the extra work around other jobs.

Damp proofing . David was so professional! He text with an approximate arrival time on the day of work to be completed. The work took two days and he kept me informed with the progress of the work. Made a lot of effort to keep things clean and tidy. Paperwork was exemplary! Covered all the details in regards to the work done. The price quoted was the price paid and was completed to a very high standard would 100% recommend .
