All tradesmen were punctual and skilled in their own profession. We are extremely pleased with the finish of the kitchen and the attention to detail.

The plumbing and gas fitting was all perfectly coordinated during the installation.The plasterers and joiners all worked to a high standard and finished on the time given.

The end product was an excellent job with both Neil and Ian and the whole crew giving 100% to get the job done!

The timescale and build went exactly to plan and I would highly recommend 'Cousins Builders'.

Have been very satisfied with the standard of workmanship and tradesmen used on every job undertaken to date. They are good communicators and updated me on price and progress on a weekly basis.

All work was clearly explained and completed to schedule without fuss. The site was kept clean and safe and the tradesmen were pleasant and professional.

From the very start of the process we were impressed with the professionalism of Neil and 'Cousins Builders'. We used our own project manger and communication between him and Neil was great,even from the initial quote stages,right through to the finish.

Neil has always been a good communicator with ourselves and clients, aswell as our plumber and other trades who we appointed independently.

Neil and his team have been punctual, professional, polite, considerate and a pleasure to have in our home.

I never had concerns about what I would be returning to at the end of the working day and if I arrived back when the lads were packing up to leave, Neil would, without fail,always take time to give me a ‘tour’ of what had happened that day and explain what the next stages of the process were.

Any problems (there were few) were dealt with in a timely fashion with consideration and calmness. All of the lads were hardworking and tidy! Even my neighbours took time to come and tell us how helpful and considerate the builders had been.

The finished product is fabulous. Completed to a very high standard, within the timeframe and budget. We really couldn’t ask for more than that!

Our job threw up some unpleasant hidden surprises and yet Ian and Neil remained calm,offered valuable advice and delivered a stunning job that came in on time and on budget.

We'd arrive home each day and be pleasantly surprised by the tidy state that the house had been left in and this was the case for every day of the eight week build.

We had a single storey rear extension and a complete remodel of the kitchen. Despite this being undertaken in the winter months, we were able to remain in the house with our two small children every night due to the care and consideration shown by the team at 'Cousins'.

I cannot recommend Ian and Neil enough. Their work was affordable, high quality and it had transformed our home. They have voluntarily checked up in the weeks following the build, to ensure that we were satisfied and have ensured that any little snagging jobs were completed quickly and to the highest degree.
