Refurb of chimney, demolition and reconstruction of bay window, extension of galley kitchen and dining room into kitchen/diner. Les carried out various refurbs and renewal of several parts of our 1930s terraced house during the course of 2020-21. Excellent quality of work and craftsmanship, our house is now future proofed for the next 20-30 years. Good communication throughout and Les was careful to follow the architect's plans to the letter. Highly recommended and we would certainly use his services again. Covid hampered the schedules and availability of materials, but it has been worth the wait. .

Garage conversion onto family room, internal walls removed and relocated as well as relocation on internal doors. Les has done a great job. We are really happy with the result and given this was completed during COVID_19 lockdown just makes Les' achievements even more remarkable. Les would turn up on time without fail and working on his own would work like a 'machine' all day. This was a difficult time as materials were hard to come by with merchants being closed but Les went out of his way to locate what he needed. Occasionally Les called in his supporting trades as needed such as Electrician, Plumber and Plasterer who all did a great job and ensured they worked socially distant at all times..which was difficult. Full marks to Les and his team for their commitment during a difficult few weeks. I think any less of a builder would have stopped the job!!.

Knocking down interior walls to create large open plan family room. Rebuilding of an old Conservatory into an extension,with bifolds and velux windows. Also create a separate utility and snug with further improvements to the stairwell and entrance. Les and his team did an excellent job from start to finish.
From day 1, Les was always on hand to offer advice and was able to supply trades through his own contacts; but was equally happy to use our tradesmen.

The work was done to a high standard, to the planned timeline and budget. I would recommend and will use Les again for all our future building needs.

I had a full ground floor extension with a wrap around at the back. This included building, joinery, electrical and plumbing work. Excellent job carried out to a very high standard. Les co-ordinated all the work and if I had any questions or queries he was happy to advise. I would highly recommend Les Foggon to anyone. .

Two purpose built units for living room alcoves, consisting of cupboards and bookshelves. Les completed the work exactly to our specifications.
He did not rush the job and regularly checked with us throughout regarding our requirements and whether we wanted to modify certain elements.
We did change our mind about several things and he was always very patient.

Les started the work exactly when promised (Unlike some workmen, who fail to turn up or constantly leave your job to go to another).

Removal of kitchen, remove wall between kitchen dining room build new wall, remove wall in utility and build new wall, fully plaster all areas, new electrics/plumbing, construct new floor in utility and fully board kitchen. From first contacting Les he always kept us informed of progress and when the men would be coming to do work and always responded to our emails in a prompt manner. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we added extra items onto the original job. We are very pleased with all the work done and would recommend this company. We are extremely pleased with all the work done.

Renew kitchen and move support wall. Renew steel support beam,replaster rooms,replaced lighting and moved sockets. Les and his team arrived at the times agreed. All the work was carried out to a good standard. Gave good advice regarding building inspector and structual engineer. His team of Billy, Mark and Micky were all friendly and helpful. Les done some extra work and made no charge. I have recommended him to some friends as he was so good.

Taking out double doors and replacing with one door and frame. Creating a wall and extending a kitchen bench, making a small cupboard. Les and his team did an amazing job. You honestly wouldn't know there had been double doors there. On time, worked efficiently and very skilled. The plastering is exceptional. Les mitred the bench, built a door frame and a wall. He built a cupboard and made a very professional job of everything. Can't recommend him highly enough. We were lucky to find him.
