8m length of surface drainage installed. Rated removed redundant block paving and dug out to reveal access to existing waste. Tapped into waste and installed linking surface drainage. levelled out some existing block paving and re-sanded where required. All waste removed and area swept clean. Turned up when they said they were coming and didn't leave until the job was done 3rd time we've used this builder. It's good to have someone we can trust. Will use again and highly recommend.

Removal of chimney stack and making the roof good. We first used Rated Construction Ltd. 10 years ago and were very happy with their work so they were an obvious choice for this job. Andy kept us informed in the run up to the job starting, and he and Adam completed the work to our total satisfaction. We would certainly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again ourselves.

Kitchen and dining room made into open plan space, new doorway created, old doorway blocked up. New shower room built, fireplace removed. New patio created. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Andy and his team are fantastic and we cannot praise or recommend them highly enough. Andy advised and kept us up to date at every stage of the work. He is an absolute professional, knowledgeable with an incredible eye for detail. The standard of all aspects of his work is excellent. Nothing was a problem to him and we felt totally confident with his advice and suggestions. The sub contractors he uses are very good and do an excellent job. Andy and his team are reliable, punctual, friendly and we now have a home that has been transformed. Thank you. .

First floor extension Rear Extension Patio/Garden porcelain patio . All I can say is WOW Andy and his team are just the best from start to finish they have been amazing attention to detail is second to none.Andy is by far the best builder I have ever seen his brickwork is flawless and he is such a perfectionist .Can’t recommend him highly enough if I had to wait a year for Rated Construction I would no words can describe how amazing his work is Andy and his team have been working on our project around 8 months completing a first floor extension rear extension ,man cave and porcelain patio/garden area very professional company would highly recommend 10/10.

Retaining walls drains and groundwork. Kitchen extension/ double garage. Paving. Fantastic company. Work done to a very high standard. Best brickwork I have ever seen. Andy talked you through every process and added ideas with no pressure. Very reliable and cleaned up every day after deliveries etc. Honestly can't recommend enough.

Rated Construction undertook a job 6years ago on a patio and paths. I had a small problem with patio as soil had fallen out the back because of different levels of gardens it was not fault of builder. Rated Construction came back and relayed and cemented paving at the back of patio at no cost to myself I cannot praise them enough.

Convert the existing garage into a bedroom with wet room. Build a new garage and update the kitchen and utility. New tiled roof replacing exiting flat roof. Retaining walls and lots of ground work. the extension, new roof and the garage. The new bedroom and wet room and extended kitchen with small utility. Andy and his team are very professional, excellent brickwork and joinery work. Andy explains everything very professionally. Nothing is a problem and his knowledge is first rate. Attention to detail and final finish is great. The sub-contractors he uses are very good and do a excellent job. If you need any work doing he is the man to contact.

Kitchen and dining room made into an open plan space, new back door created and old blocked up. Patio created, wall pointed and every room plastered. Andy and his team were hard working, punctual and polite.
Andy was very good at listening to what we wanted and delivering just that.
He is a positive and enthusiastic builder and gives options where he can.

This was not the first time we used 'Rated Construction' and were pleased with the work both times.
