A new tap to kitchen sink, replace backs on kitchen units, new pipework from inside to outside. Another brilliant job done by Tommy, as a landlord it is so reasuring to have someone you can trust who isn't going to charge the earth. I can just give Tommy a key and let him get on with it.

Mice in loft space and cavity walls. Tommy is a true professional. Friendly and efficient, great guy. Called at 9 and Tommy managed visit into his day and arrived promptly at 10. A clear grafter, proactive, making sure all possible aspects of job covered Thorough check for access points around entire property and actions needed to prevent future entry. Efficient rodenticide laid. Having had disappointing results from previous pest control provider am so glad I found Tommy’s details. He clearly knows his stuff. Interior doors fitted. 5 doors fitted and handles to an upstairs flat. Another great job done by Tommy.
Tommy was there when he said he would be and the job was finished when he said it would be. Tommy's is the first number I would ring if I wanted any work done.

I needed 5 doors fitted in an upstairs flat. Another brilliant job done by Tommy Lincoln, Tommy was there on time when he said he would be. The doors were fitted to the highest standard and are ready for painting. I would ask Tommy to do any other work I needed done in a heartbeat. Great reliable bloke.

Wasp nest killing. Phoned Tommy in the morning at 10:30, he was on another job but said he could get to us at 12:30, which was exactly when he arrived. Fully suited, Tommy was up the ladder in a flash and had the nest (which was in the air brick under the guttering) sprayed, much to the annoyance of the wasps. His banter throughout was great, really canny bloke, informed us of how long to expect before the wasps would be dead. Fantastic guy who I will call again if we have the same problem. Definitely recommended.
