The aims of our service are
1. Help consumers get information on tradespeople who are insured and monitored through a verified feedback system
2. Help Skilled, honest tradesmen get more leads and use their reputations to build their businesses and stand out from their compeititors.
We promise to
1. Try to verify ALL the feedback (see FAQ for more detail on the process)
2. Always publish reviews that are positive and negative once verified
3. Remain neutral when dealing with complaints
4. Have an open door policy in our hubs to tradespeople and members of the public
5. Listen to our reviews and respond proactively
6. Leave all feedback on the website even if the tradesperson is no longer a member
